Step 1: Disconnect Facebook (optional, immediate)
This stops WellRated Pro from accessing your Facebook Page right away.
- On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings.
- Open Business integrations.
- Find WellRated Pro and choose Remove.
Removing the app does not delete the data we have already saved. To delete that data, continue to Step 2.
Step 2: Request deletion of your data
- Email hello@wellratedpro.com with the subject Data Deletion Request.
- Include your business name and the email address you used to sign up, so we can find your account. You can also call (409) 781-8513.
- We will confirm by email once your request is complete. Deletion is finished within 30 days of your request.
What we delete
- Your WellRated Pro account and business profile
- Your saved Facebook Page connection, including the Page access token
- Your saved Google listing connection
- Reviews and recommendations imported from Facebook and Google
- Customer names and phone numbers you added, and your alert and reply history
What we may keep
- Payment and billing records, which we are required by law to retain
- Anonymized, aggregated statistics that do not identify you or your reviewers
- A one-way identifier of the payment card used to start a free trial (we cannot recover the card number from it), kept to prevent repeat trials and fraud
- Records that you confirmed a customer's consent to be contacted (the customer's phone number, date and time, your business name and the wording shown), kept for four years to respond to complaints and legal claims
